When you submit the Pre-Session Intake form, we collect: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), business name, industry, team size, role, and any notes you provide.
Your contact information is used solely to follow up on your AI Readiness Session request. Verified email addresses are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Ray Arceneaux and authorized staff. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.
We use Resend to send email verification codes. This confirms your email is valid before saving your inquiry. Verification codes expire in 10 minutes.
Lead information is retained for up to 2 years or until you request deletion. To delete your data, email ray@rayarceneaux.org.
