When you submit the Pre-Session Intake form, we collect: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), business name, industry, team size, role, and any notes you provide. If you choose to book a Discovery Call, you also provide your name and email on the Calendly scheduling page.
Your contact information is used solely to follow up on your AI Readiness Session request. Verified email addresses are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Ray Arceneaux and authorized staff. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. We also use it to notify Ray Arceneaux that you have inquired, to send you the services overview when you request it, and to schedule a call when you ask to book one.
When you complete the intake, we send a text message to Ray Arceneaux containing the name, business name, industry, phone number (if you provided one), and reference ID you submitted, so he is alerted to your inquiry. These messages are sent through Twilio and are delivered only to Ray. We never send marketing text messages to you, and we do not text the phone number you provide.
If you ask the app to email you the services overview, we send a one-page summary of our services to the email address you verified during intake. This is sent through Resend and only when you explicitly ask for it. We do not add you to a marketing list and we do not send follow-up emails unless you request them.
If you ask to book a Discovery Call, the app creates a private, single-use scheduling link through Calendly. When you pick a time, Calendly collects the name and email you enter on its booking page, creates the calendar event, and generates the Zoom meeting through its own Zoom integration. That information is processed under Calendly's and Zoom's privacy policies. We receive the booking details on Ray's calendar. Each link is valid for a single booking.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We use Resend to send email verification codes. This confirms your email is valid before saving your inquiry. Verification codes expire in 10 minutes.
Lead information is retained for up to 2 years or until you request deletion. To delete your data, email ray@rayarceneaux.org.
